Pakistan’s Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Senator Mohammad Ishaq Dar
on Tuesday highlighted the improvement in Pakistan’s economic indicators due to recent initiatives taken by the government.
He was speaking as chief guest at an event hosted in Islamabad by Pakistan Business Council on “Dialogue on the Economy 2025: Pakistan’s economic revival and its place in the global economy.”
“Expressed satisfaction at the positive economic outlook as reflected in the increased FDI, remittances and exports,” Dar said.
He reiterated Government’s resolve to create a business-friendly environment.
Underlined the importance of economic diplomacy to secure greater market access, attract foreign investment, and develop international partnerships.
Dar hoped that by leveraging strategic investments, fostering innovation, and implementing structural reforms, Pakistan would transform into a competitive, export-driven economy and a hub for global trade and investment.
